James is a avid Green Bay Packer fan and takes pride with his home roots in Wisconsin. He migrated to Arizona in 1996 to take on his new role in the insurance industry. 25 years later he founded APEX strategies with a primary focus on Voluntary Benefits. James has taken his experience as the District General Agency Manager to capitalize on new opportunities while overseeing the daily operations. His extensive experience provides the APEX team the ability to understand and anticipate the challenges inherent associated with VB, payroll deductions and complex enrolment needs. Noah OropezaVice President
Originally from Southern California. Noah is an ASU W.P. Carey School of Business Graduate, B.S. in Marketing. Noah has 5 years of experience in the Employee Benefits Industry. As Vice President of Apex Strategies, Noah specializes in Benefit Administration Technology, Large Case Implementation(500+ Lives), Enrollment Strategy, & Carrier Relations. He served on 3 different NAHU Boards, Spoken on Broker Relationship Development for Colonial’s National Growth Teams, and is Top 3 Producing ADM for Colonial in the Southwestern United States.
Currently, he resides in the West Valley with his wife and two sons.

Matt is a veteran agent and sales manager who began his career as a commercial P&C producer. From there he helped start an employee benefits brokerage where he recruited and managed dozens of sales agents. For the past four years he has been the Territory Instructor for Colonial Life in the Maryland/DC territory where he has qualified for Leaders Conference and led that territory’s development of region-leading direct sales team.

Andrew is a senior executive with 30+years’ experience with a deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries. Andrew migrated to Arizona back in 1998 from Minnetonka Minnesota and has his MBA from the Collage of St Thomas.
